Adjacent to Northeast Asian countries and endowed with quality ports, Liaoning has unique advantages in developing cross-border e-commerce. To this end, he will focus on promoting the “2026 Northeast Asia Cross-Border E-Commerce Expo,” inviting cross-border e-commerce enterprises, logistics companies and research institutions from Northeast Asian countries to participate, showcasing new technologies, new products and new models, building bridges of cooperation and helping the industry improve quality and efficiency. Beyond the expo, Cai Junsi also plans to promote the establishment of a distinctive cross-border e-commerce industrial park and a Russian public overseas warehouse. The industrial park will integrate industry chain resources to provide enterprises with one-stop services including offices, warehousing and training, cultivating competitive core enterprises; the overseas warehouse will leverage the advantages of the Russian market to provide warehousing and customs clearance services, reducing export costs for Liaoning enterprises and helping them expand into Russian and Eastern European markets. He said that in the future, the group will integrate its global channels to build a global marketing platform for Liaoning enterprises' cross-border e-commerce, while strengthening cooperation with universities to carry out talent training and solve the talent shortage. In terms of Liaoning-Hong Kong cooperation, he plans to accelerate the construction of a “Liaoning-Hong Kong-Macao-Taiwan” cooperation demonstration park, attracting Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan capital and resources to invest in Liaoning's distinctive industries and promoting in-depth cooperation in industry, culture and education. In industrial empowerment, in addition to the tussah industry, he will also focus on Liaoning's agricultural product processing, equipment manufacturing and cultural tourism sectors, leveraging the group's advantages to promote industrial upgrading and brand building. In cultural heritage, he will continue to improve the operation model of the “Xinhua Intangible Cultural Heritage Market,” promoting the deep integration of heritage with tourism, e-commerce and cultural creativity, developing distinctive cultural products and expanding the influence of intangible heritage; at the same time, he will promote Liaoning-Hong Kong cultural exchanges, organizing heritage inheritors to showcase their craft in Hong Kong and Macao and inviting cultural figures from Hong Kong and Macao to visit Liaoning, enhancing the bond between compatriots on both sides.
